SpongeBob SquarePants is a happy, hardworking sea sponge who lives in a pineapple with his pet snail Gary in Bikini Bottom.

He is a really talented cook at Krusty Krab, the most famous restaurant in the city, and attends to Mrs. Puff's Boating School in order to finally earning his desired boating license. Sadly, he always gets so nervous that he ends up driving recklessly and failing his exam.

SpongeBob is kind, enthusiastic and very optimistic. He enjoys spending his free time jellyfishing with his best friend Patrick Star.

Patrick Star is a dumb, overweight pink sea star who lives under a rock. His neighbours are SpongeBob and Squidward Tentacles.

SpongeBob and Patrick have fun teasing Squiward, although they do it unknowingly. 

Patrick is lazy and naive. Despite being a grown adult, he is very inmature, unintelligent and sometimes even kind of aggressive. He usually spends his days watching TV, eating trash food and sleeping.

Squidward Tentacles is SpongeBob and Patrick's mardy nextdoor neighbour who lives in an Easter Island Moai Head.

He works at Krusty Krab with SpongeBob and his main hobbies are painting (mostly self-portraits) and playing the clarinet not too well.

He is self-centred, selfish and very unpleasant. He is undoubtfully antisocial and bad-tempered, although he is sensitive deep inside.

Also known as Mr. Krabs, Eugene Krabs is a miserly red krab who lives in an achor with his daughter Perla, a young gray whale. He is the owner of the Krusty Krab and the boss of SpongeBob and Squidward.

He is deeply obsessed with money and wealth to the point that sometimes he treats better dollar bills than his own employees.

His only business rival is the Chum Bucket´, an unsuccessful restaurant run by Plankton, who is always trying to steal his Krabby Patty secret formula.

Pearl Krabs is a teenage grey whale who lives in an anchor with her father, Mr. Krabs. 

She attends Bikini Bottom High School with her friends and is on the cheer squad. She is kind of a show-off and a little self-centred, restating her teen personality. Her favourite hobby is going to the mall and go shopping with her friends.

She sometimes gets very sensitive and dramatic and tends to overact.

Plankton is a green planktonic copepod who runs the Chum Bucket with his wife Karen, a waterproof computer who is his sidekick. 

The Chum Bucket is really unpopular in Bikini Bottom due to its menu: chum, an umpalatable type of bait made from fish meat.

Plankton detests Mr. Krabs because of his success in his business, whereas he is not even able to get a costumer per day. He incessantly tries to steal Mr. Krabs' secret formula but his efforts always turn out badly.

Karen Pankton is a waterproof supercomputer who lives in the Chum Bucket laboratory. She is Pankton's wife and sidekick who supports him with every single plan he tries to steal Mr. Krab's Krabby Patty secret formula.

She is super intelligent and methodical. As she is a computer, she is the cleverest resident in the city. 

She can be a big monitor on laboratory's wall or a portable wheeled computer.

Sandy Cheeks is an American savvy squirrel from Texas who wears an astronaut suit and lives in an air-filled glass treedome to survive underwater. She has a Southern accent and a love for rodeos.

Sandy is a multi-talented scientist and inventor, capable of creating extremely advanced devices with ease.

She is also a risky sports lover. Sandy and SpongeBob share a favourite hobby of karate and frequently fight each other for pleasure.

Garold "Gary" Wilson Jr, more known as Gary, is SpongeBob's pet snail. He lives with SpongeBob in his pineapple.

He is a domesticated house pet with cat features. It is noticeable his characteristic "meow" sound.

He is quite gluttonous and passionate for animal rights.
